Return Policy

The Tiny Closet Return and Exchange Policy

We hope you never have to return any of your fabulous clothes, but here at The Tiny Closet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If not, we will do everything in our power to make it work out for you – our loyal customers.

First things first:

After you have received your awesome clothes, inspect them to make sure there are no defects, wrong item(s) sent, or if something is missing.  If any of these things happen, please email us within 5 business days at and we will get it corrected for you!


If you just decide you do not want to keep your item, here is the policy for sending back:

  1. We do not issue refunds. We DO however issue store credit. We will however issue a refund if we have goofed or the item is defective.  You will be refunded by the method you bought the item with ie - cash for cash, credit card will go back on credit card and gift cards will be issued for gift cards used.

  2. Exchanges are processed the same as a return. We will issue you a store credit and at the time of return, you can decide whether or not to exchange for the same item or purchase something else. Exchanges will depend on whether the item is still in stock.  If you are wanting an exchange, please email immediately so we can pull the item to insure it is in stock when the return arrives back to us.
  1. Sale items, bodysuits, swimsuits, accessories, hats/beanies, and items purchased during a sale including our live sale(unless it is full price) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  1. You have a 15-day window from time of shipment to return your items for store credit.


  1. Shipping for return items is non-refundable unless we goofed and the mistake was ours, therefore the buyer is responsible for the shipping.


  1. Please return the following return form along with a copy of your original receipt to help expedite your transaction.


  1. Please leave the tags on the item and it cannot be worn or washed for credit to be given.
